The Meridian Historical Village is located in Central Park in Okemos, Michigan. We welcome visitors to explore our eight historic buildings and learn about life in 19th-century Meridian Township.
Hours
The Village is open to the public on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, May through October. Private tours and group visits are available by appointment throughout the year.
The Village is closed December 15 through January 31.

The Meridian Historical Village is located in Central Park at:

The Village sits in Central Park South, north of Meridian Mall on Central Park Drive.
Parking
Parking is available in the lot between the Nokomis Learning Center and the Village. Please note that the Chapel parking lot is reserved for emergency access only and should not be used for general visitor parking.
Accessibility
Most buildings in the Village are wheelchair accessible. The following buildings are not accessible to visitors with mobility limitations:
- Tollgate House
- Barnes House
- Farmhouse

Gift Shop
The General Store serves as our gift shop and is open during regular Village hours. Browse a selection of local history books, handmade goods, vintage-style items, and Village memorabilia. All proceeds support the operation of the Village.
Picnic Area
Outdoor picnic tables are available April through October for visitors who wish to enjoy a meal during their visit. The tables are located in the park grounds near the Village buildings.
