Booking Process

Inquire About Availability

Contact us by phone at 517-347-7300 or by email at meridianhistoricalvillage@gmail.com with your preferred date and venue. We will confirm whether your date is available.

Schedule a Venue Tour

We encourage all couples to visit the venue in person before booking. Tours can be scheduled during office hours or by appointment.

Sign the Contract

Once you have selected your date and venue, we will provide a rental contract outlining the terms, fees, and policies. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your reservation.

Finalize Details

In the weeks before your ceremony, our staff will work with you to coordinate access, setup times, and any special arrangements.
